Our Worldpay system is PCI DSS compliant (payment card industry data security standards validation) because it uses SagePay to handle all the security. SagePay is the UK’s leading payment gateway.

If you send an email asking for information we do not pass on any of your personal information when dealing with your enquiry, unless you have given us permission to do so.

How We Use Your Information:

We will use your personal information so that we can provide you with a first class service, and in particular to:

We do not hold any customer data in a data base, the only data we do hold is to correspond with the relevant party in order to facilitate their stay.

CCTV

Mullacott Farm operates a CCTV system.  The cameras are constantly monitoring for movement, and only record if movement is detected on our land.  Neighbouring land is not detected for motion or movement and any images are pixillated.  These images are saved for 6 weeks then are removed.  This is all compliant with the I.C.O. regulations which we are registered with.
