Electric socket covers are available in a box in the hallway.

Useful Additions

We have no restrictions on the age of children that we will accommodate.
In the B&B the child rate is charged when the children are staying with 2 adults, otherwise the room is charged as the first 2 people (maybe an adult and a child) at the adult rate then other children at the child rate.  Babies under 2 are able to have a cot, which is booked before hand.
Unfortunately in the past we have had damage, due to mis-use, and we will now charge for damage or breakages.

Nappies -  There is no nappy washing service in North Devon.  We can dispose of any disposable nappies with our paid collection rubbish, or they can be taken to the recycling centre at Killacleve, in Ilfracombe.

Group Bookings.

Depending on how many are in the group our system doesn't really change from individual bookings.  The group leader will have given the names of all the group to us, and we will know who will be going together, and how many in each room.  Singular or multiple sets of information can be sent to the leader, depending on numbers and criteria.  In any event the first person to arrive must come to check in at the farm house and then we can discuss the estimated times of arrival for the rest of the group.
